Good News Girls
The woman of Bethlehem meet on the 4th Thursday of every month, at 9:30, for study and fellowship. Our Biblically based studies are taken from "Lutheran Woman Today", a publication from our national woman's organization. The study this year is "Unity in the midst of Diversity" All woman are welcome!
(Subscribing to Lutheran Woman today is very easy. See one of the women who come and the information is freely given. There is an online magazine also"CAFE", which is easy to access.)
Quilting Plus
The women also meet the first and third Tuesday of every month September through May, at 9:00 A.M. in the fellowship hall. We make a very basic quilt that is either sent to Lutheran World Relief or the Navajo peoples as there is a large Lutheran mission on the Navajo reservation. We also always keep a few quilts here for people in emergencies.
